RETURNS & REFUNDS
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Many AISA FUR STAR pieces are prepared or made to order.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aisafurstar.com.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests before production or order preparation has begun. Once production or preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
RETURNS
Due to the nature and value of our products, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal or return applies in your country or region, those rights will remain unaffected.
Personalized or specially customized items may not be eligible for cancellation or return where permitted by applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@aisafurstar.com as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Any return authorized by AISA FUR STAR must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or removal of original tags may not be eligible for a refund.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us and receiving return instructions first.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and other non-refundable costs may be excluded from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
