SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING
All AISA FUR STAR orders are carefully prepared before shipment.
As many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production and order preparation after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship internationally to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and selected European destinations.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
- United States: 7–9 business days
- Canada: 7–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–9 business days
- Europe: 7–9 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, local holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis to eligible destinations.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are handled as part of our shipping service. Customers should not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
DELIVERY
Please make sure your shipping address, postal code, phone number, and contact details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
AISA FUR STAR cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs of the parcel and product.
We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the shipment and assist with the appropriate resolution.
